So, here I am, again. Submitting my own approach to the perfect Nightfire storyline which combines both the PC and console version into one, with a few additional new elements being added. Mind you, I'd like to stay away from realism and make my stories as much over-the-top as I can.

So, here's how I would submit my own Nightfire story in a blast form, which is what you'd read in the wikipedia pages.

Pre-title sequence:

The story beings at New Year's Eve, five minutes to midnight, in Paris, France, where people are celebrating. But, that did not occur to everybody as some of them were busy with some other things, problems to take care of, troubles to take down. Mathieu Vidoque (Jeremy Irons) is a French arms dealer and a mercenary who was intending to explode a nuclear bomb at Eiffel Tower that night. Terrorism was his passion, and he'd only kill for power, money, and pleasure. A DGSE agent, Dominique Paradis (Lena Reno), a very beautiful woman in a catsuit, however, was in the middle of the process of foiling Vidoque's plans. She was driving a red and old fashioned Shelby Cobra, trying to manage to create her own escape route, but Vidoque and his men have been pursuing her with black Alfa Remeos, opening fire at her which she won't be long at it to be able to survive. It didn't matter for Dominique as she's just a civil servant to her country and wouldn't sell out for her own life. Even if the tables are turned on her, she would be willing to accomplish her assignment, though she didn't have a chance. However, miraculously, a grey Aston Martin Vanquish burst in into the middle of chase, and fires a few missiles at a couple of Alfa Romeos, destroying them at once, to make it easier for Dominique to escape. Apparently, the driver behind the Aston Martin is a man in black Brioni Roma suit, MI6's most fearsome and lethal secret agent, known by his codename "007", who's actually none other than the tremendous James Bond (Pierce Brosnan). His sole objective was to protect Dominique while she operates her own assignment all by herself. Bond races within the streets of Paris, dispatching many opponents in the way, stopping them from bringing harm to the French agent. Abruptly, a helicopter joins the chase and flying over Dominique's car, a few commandos zip down the flying vehicle and forcibly abduct Dominique, lifting up back to the chopper. Bond gives them a chase which leads him to go nearby a train station, driving at the fastest speed, he is able to engage the chopper in a crossfire and shoot a few rockets at it. Two commandos take Dominique and land on the ongoing train as the helicopter explodes, killing the rest of them in it. Bond sets his car on automobile mode, climbs to its rooftop, and finds the perfect cliff to jump off onto the train. As he chases the commandos, they are joined by a few of their mates, leading 007 not just to use any firearms, but his hand-to-hand combat skills to take them down. The only thing that was inevitable was for those goons to defeat Bond. He kills every single one of them and draggs them of the train, straightens his tie and cufflinks, and ironically delivers a one liner "Nice of you to drop by!" and continues his journey to save Dominique. 007 makes his way to rescue Dominique who was held at a gunpoint by one of the commandos who reveals himself as Vidoque. Bond raises his Walther PPK and captures Vidqoue in his gun-sights, demanding him to let go of Dominique. He smirks and drags her off the train. She's at the edge of the vehicle, holding to it with one hand. Vidoque escapes, but Bond goes to help Dominique out. At the very last minute, her hand slips and she's about to fall of to her death, only for Bond to reach her and hold her hand at once. He pulls her up and says "You thought I'd leave you behind?" and both of them stick to a stable place as the train gets faster on the rails. It appears Vidoque has smashed the control systems and fled off. Hundreds of people will be killed alone in this train, and it would slow Bond and Dominique down to chase the villain. Dominique escorts the people out of the front private train-car, as Bond tries to seperate it off from the others. He manages to do it, the rest of the train stops at the very end of the railway line. But, Dominique does not spot 007 saving himself, and presumes that he fell off to his death, only for 007 to surprise her upon the rooftop of the train, yet again, revealing that he jumped before the vehicle fell off (briefly the James Bond Theme music plays in the background). Through his cellphone, Bond locates his Aston Martin and takes his female colleague to it. They had a mission to accomplish. Stop Vidqoue from exploding a nuclear bomb in the middle of Eiffel Tower. Apparently, Vidoque took a well-protected and armed military jeep to drive off to his coordinates. With the help of Q (John Cleese), Bond relocates Vidoque and drives off, chasing the psychotic terrorist. After two of them spot each other, Vidoque opens fire at Bond's car, but the latter isn't able to bring the jeep any harm, otherwise, the bomb would explode. Instead, with Q's advice, Bond recharges the Electromagnetic Pulse beneath his Aston Martin, and at the very last moment, he fires one at Vidoque's jeep which causes it to lose control, disable its own electronic systems and fall off to the river. And yes, even the bomb is disabled. Vidoque is left wounded by the car crash, but is arrested by the police immediately and locked in tight-secured prison. Meanwhile, Bond and Dominique are shown to be celebrating the New Year, tossing their glasses of champagne, and ending up embracing each other as the scene romantically closes with fireworks exploding in the sky.

Main Storyline:

A redesigned missile guidance hardware intended for the orbiting US Space Weapons has been stolen. NATO has advised the recovery is critical, should an unfriendly power "reverse engineer" device, the Platform's global defense capabilities would be severely compromised. Recent intelligence implicates Raphael Drake in the theft, "hard to believe" as the man is a respected "green" industrialist whose "Phoenix International" dismantles obsolete atomic reactors and decommissions nuclear arsenals. M (Judi Dench) has planted an allied agent in Drake's circle of trust, reported that Alexandre Mayhew (Ian Abercrombie), a British expatriate who heads Phoenix's Japanese branch in Tokyo, will be exchanging the stolen missile guidance device with Drake during a formal party gathering at Drake's castle in Austria. James Bond is sent to infiltrate the castle, while maintaining low-profile.

The local British SAS team transports 007 through a jetfighter, flying nearby Drake's current location, and giving Bond the greenlight to halo jump off the plane. He lands to safety with a parachute, discovering a truch which was supposed to deliver bunches of wine boxes to Drake's castle. Bond sneaks into the truck, in order to breach the castle walls, keeping his head down until the vehicle reaches its destination. Afterwards, he finds out the security is really tight, so he decides to disable each system that would trigger the alarm, including the searchlights. He incapacitates every armed guard he sees in his way, using his stealthy skills, infiltrates the castle while putting on a Brioni tuxedo. M informs him that he will rendezvous with a CIA ally and a deep cover agent. During the party, Bond maintains low-profile as requested, and recieves an objective to photograph every guest on board, so the MI6 would find out the identities of those two agents whom Bond is going to meet. In a while, Raphael Drake shows up with his mistress and welcomes the guests with his opening speech. The mistress who accompanied Drake, as 007 recognizes, is none other than Dominique Paradis, the French operative, realizing she's one of the two agents. He sneaks around the area without being seen and heads to the library where his rendezvous with his allies will take place. He was right, Dominique was one of those contacts, who couldn't resist but to embrace him, telling him that she really missed him since their last encounter in Paris. Zoe Nightshade (Xenia Seeberg) surprises both with a sarcastic "interruption", and reveals she's the one CIA has sent to meet them. She's offically assigned to pursue the same goals as Bond will be doing, but Dominique will just keep her cover as the industralist's mistress, and her job is just to be an informant instead of a full-time operative. As 007 tells Zoe, an agent he worked with on a previous assignment to take down Adrian Malprave (the events occurred in Agent Under Fire if anyone has played), the MI6 wants surveillance photos of that exchange between Mayhew and Drake, and Zoe's only job is to create a distraction for the guards while Bond makes his way to the conference room where the meeting is held. As most of the guards are busy with capturing Zoe, 007 secretly decapitates the rest of them, in the process. Bond spies on the meeting, takes the photos and uploads them to the MI6 database. The guards have already captured Zoe and took her to Drake, and the latter, frustrated, tells them that she isn't alone and demands them to lock the castle down. He also tells Mayhew if their security breach leads back to Japan, the latter will be held responsible for it. Drake hands the missile guidance device placed in a briefcase to one of his guards and tells them to provide it with a full-time security. Bond, getting out of his cover, fights his way to the place where the device is held in a safe, massacring every opponent he sees in his way, running through the castle corridors and around it, he retrieves the device and makes his way to the cable car. He finds Zoe armed with an automatic rifle inside it. As they both move the cable car forward to the other side of the cliff, the power has been cut off. Drake's henchman, Armitage Rook (Richard Whiten), ambushes them with a Tiger Helicopter, and opens fire at them. Bond finds a rocket launcher inside the cable car, and uses three shots to take the chopper down. Bond takes a metal hook and attaches it to the cable, he helps Zoe out of the cable car itself as they slide both through the zipline, as the chopper crashes onto the cable car and explodes. Both fall down, and Zoe lands onto Bond, saying "Why do you let the ladies end up on your top?", for which he responds with "A lower center of gravity, perhaps?", cracking a joke like always he does as they both run off to somewhere secure.

They eventually find a garage where Drake keeps his snowmobiles. Bond and Zoe steal a motorbike and detonate a bomb inside the garage to prevent the others from chasing them as they flee off. However, they are chased by some of the goons. Zoe took the helm and Bond acted like the marksman he is. They break out of the castle walls, but are still chased through the snowy cliffs. 007 shoots down every snowmobile and helicopter he sees in their way which aids them their escape route. After clearing the roads, they stop by the woods and run inside. Within the woods, they are surrounded by a few wolves, which 007 uses his submachine-gun to silence them before any of the guards would be able to track them down. Still running through the dark trees and snowy pits, they explore a secret aircraft with the Phoenix logo on the maintenance tower, to which 007 identifies as Drake's property. They break in to the aircraft and take cover.

Bond tells Zoe to go further into the security system and disable the alarm he heads to the tower and break every connecton they have on radar to Drake's straight line. He deactivates the generator that keeps the searchlights alive, first, and awaits for a guard to show up to find out why has the generator stopped working. He kills one off who carried a clearance two card with him which could let anyone to get into the tower building. 007 sneaks in, avoids being detected by the security cameras, while waiting for Zoe to disable the security system. A few snipers were guarding the tower's balcony whom Bond silently decapitates, and then continues his way up to the tower. Succeeding, he kills everybody inside with a silenced submachine-gun and disables every connection outside. So, if they would call for outer back-up, they wouldn't be able to keep it coming. Abruptly, Zoe is discovered and makes her way out of the security building. But, she's surrounded by the guards who are intending to shoot her to death. Bond picks up a sniper rifle and assassinates every opponent in sight, and rescues Zoe. After fighting off several goons, they both make their way to Drake's private sports-plane, with 007 asking his CIA colleague to fill the fuels and take the plane to the run-way, as he goes to kill-off more guards incoming. Eventually, Bond and Zoe get into the plane and fly far away from Drake's properties. They land nearby Bond's MI6 safe house reserved for both of them, and spend the night in there...

In the morning, Bond opens up the garage and reveals the presence of his fellow Aston Martin Vanquish. Zoe goes joking around that the car witnessed what they did last night, to which Bond cracks another joke, saying it looks like she needed the rest of what they were doing. Done with exchanging romantic dialogues, they were suddenly ambushed once agai, by Drake's guards. Bond and Zoe drive off in the Aston Martin. Q contacts them and sends them the coordinates for their rendezvous point, they are ought to get out of the country as soon as possible. They make their way to an ice rink where Q's jetfighter is waiting for them. Bond hits the gas as hard as he can to park the car inside the jetfighter, and he does it at the very last minute. Eventually, the fly out of Austria, with 007 himself thinking what would he do with this mysterious case he's working on.

Will continue the rest later. Thanks for reading.

Hi,

i just finished reading / translating  the first pre-title sequence and i like it.

Wouldn't it be a good ending if Dominique Paradis (Lena Reno) and Bond would fly away in a hot air balloon together sharing their secrets and in the background you see the eiffeltower and exploding fireworks, Bond tells Q to stop his observation camera saying "Don't take it personal" and it morphs over into the menue.

Good Job Mr. Bond :)

how will for exemple these dialogues be realised? as video-sequences? and who will be the voice/synchro?

did you talk with the developers of source and they will try to realize your storyline as a game or is it at the moment just your "idea" that they could maybe do it in the future=

Very splendid idea! Someone also mentioned the air balloon idea to me before, and it's a spectacular idea. But, I need to find a way to make that fit into the storyline. It's not my own original idea, but this was done before on the PS2 version of Nightfire, I just polished the sequence so it could make sense and look extremely decent. Because the one that's done in PS2 was rushed.

Here's the level that I expanded my own elements onto it with a few changes done within the storyline:

I was just suggesting them all those ideas to be used. I just have revamped the storyline and I'm not writing down a whole new original plot. Just expanding and polishing the old one, trying to create the ultimate long-lasting Nightfire.

Here's the video to the paragraph you've been looking for:

Continuation:

Bond is back in London, where he expects a whole new briefing from M about the matter. While going to meet his boss, he stops for a flirt with Miss Moneypenny (Samantha Bond), like he always does, promising her to bring a diamond in a ring as a souvenir, next time. Afterwards, as M briefs the next mission, the breach has taken place already in Austria, and Drake is unhappy and is willing to keep his promise... Take Mayhew's head!! As the blame and the responsibility has fallen onto Alexander Mayhew's shoulders, he contacts the MI6 to come into his Japanese Estate and take him in. In exchange, he will be providing them with loads of vital information on "Operation: Nightfire", a scheme that threatens the entire globe. He has only one demand, though; to be brought in by MI6's best operative, James Bond himself. 007 does nothing but to agree to take the man in and departs. But, before he completely leaves, he takes a stop at Q-Branch. There, he meets a reluctant Q who provides him with newer gadgets, consisting of a PDA Dectyptor; to hack computers, a magnetic grapples; which one can use to climb on a metal board, a dart-pen; which has three kinds of darts placed within; tranquilizer darts, shock darts, and tracking devices. A new Omega Seamaster wristwatch which contains a stunner, laser, radar map, and a grappling hook. A modified Aston Martin Vanquish which is equipped with stinger and hellfire rockets, passenger seat ejector, front-light machine guns, oil slick, a rear shield and a GPS system that tracks down 007's watch. All he has to do is to press the main button on his watch and the car will at the highest speed. Q repeatedly tells Bond to bring his equipment back safely without destroying them.

Bond arrives at Mayhew's estate and meets his female bodyguard, Makiko "Kiko" Hayashi (Tamlyn Tomita), whom Mayhew keeps overly praising. While discussing about their business, Kiko gets the sign from her security system that there's an ambush incoming, and that all the estate guards have been killed off by Yakuza gang, which Mayhew identifies as Drake's force. While Kiko goes to fight them on her own, Bond does his best to protect his informant, fighting his way to the estate bunker, where Mayhew is told to keep his head down. Mayhew provides Bond with a key to a secret safe placed in his bedroom, which contains a security card that will lead him to the Nightfire files. He also asks him to rescue and protect his servants, as well, stating that they are like a family to him. In stealthy mood, 007 secretly incapacitates every Japanese thug he sees, racing through the gardens, rescuing the hostages from a door to another, from the bathroom to the library. He eventually gets into Mayhew's bedroom, and retrieves the card containing the data he was after. He later goes back to the bunker, to collect his informant and flee from there before more thugs could burst in. In the process, Mayhew is attacked by a master ninja, armed with a katana sword and a small SMG, stabbing Mayhew in the back. Bond fights off the ninja in many lethal and violent ways he could use, and eventually gets the upper hand. Mayhew, while dying, tells him that the card he took from his bedroom is just a clearance one access to Phoenix's mainframe computer where the real Nightfire files are kept and passes away. In the meantime, Kiko arrives, apparently after a long battle with the Yakuza thugs, and is horrified to see his friend lying dead on the ground. She's moved with the demise of Mayhew, feeling frustrated, promises that Drake will pay for what he did. Bond warms up to Kiko and kindly takes her with him.

Will continue the rest later. Thanks for reading.
